HP retires the term “HP Care Pack”

HP retires the term “HP Care Pack”

HPE will no longer use the name HP Care Pack to reference attach services, and will now refer to specific offerings such as HPE Support Services, HPE Consulting Services and HPE Education Services.

Within HPE Support Services, marketing emphasis will be placed on the following offerings:

  • HPE Datacenter Care, including Flexible Capacity
  • HPE Proactive Care Advanced
  • HPE Proactive Care
  • HPE Foundation Care
  • HPE Lifecycle Event Services

Please note that HPE will continue to offer the same services and utilize the same SKUs as the previous Care Pack products.
